Plethora Of Packages

I've never seen a mail person this happy before, have you?

Okay, so I only got three. But that's a record for one day. The best part about said packages? The BUBBLE WRAP! That stuff can keep me entertained for far too long considering my age, but I'm still a kid a heart. Heck, I only left my teenage years behind six months ago (my half birthday is in a week). Anyway, on to the contents that brought me so much joy today.

Two boxes contained the parts to build my cupcake stand. I was ridiculously overjoyed by this. I know my roommates just love how much I talk about about cupcakes and anything related to cupcakes. Actually, they're cool and they let me ramble on without showing signs of annoyance. Didn't I pick the right people to live with? They get me. Now I just need to find some kind soul who's willing to drive me to Jo-Ann's. Hopefully it won't be too long before I have pictures of my completed stand to post.

The third package I got was my cooling pad for my laptop. After using it for half a day, so far I'd say it's working successfully. No random shutdowns have occurred. It still gets pretty warm (okay hot, mostly on the left side with the biggest vent), but it is a little cooler compared to before. I hope it continues to work, but I do have 30 days to figure out whether I'm completely satisfied with this product or not.
